🛍️ Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
💄 Eligibility & Condition of Items
Due to strict hygiene and safety standards for personal care products, we enforce the following guidelines:
- Unopened Products: Fully eligible for a full refund or exchange if they are unused, in original packaging, and safety seals are intact.
- Opened/Gently Used Products: We understand shade-matching online can be tricky! We accept returns on gently used cosmetics, provided at least 75% of the product remains.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, mystery boxes, digital gift cards, and promotional free items cannot be returned.
📋 How to Start a Return
- Email us at glossdbyg@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Review approval: Our team will send a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label within 48 hours.
- Pack securely: Place items securely in their original box or a padded mailer to prevent damage and leaking during transit.
💳 Refunds, Exchanges, & Store Credit
- Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
- Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for shade swaps on gently used items.
- Store Credit: You can opt for store credit via an electronic gift card, issued immediately upon package scan.
🚚 Shipping Fees
- Return Shipping: A flat $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
- If your items arrive broken, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
